This work showcases the conceptual design work for the world’s first freeform 3D printed house to be built by Branch Technology in Chattanooga, TN. The design work came out the Freeform Home Design Challenge, a competition to design a single family dwelling that leveraged 3D printing technologies. The winning entry was prepared by WATG’s Urban Architecture Studio in Chicago, Illinois.
This building serves as a demonstration project that seeks to promote partnerships for the emerging industry of 3D printing in construction. Branch Technology invites you to get involved and become a leader today. Your help will not only help to assure the success of our current endeavor, but also generate future business opportunities to come.
We are currently looking for support in various forms, namely in kind and donor sponsorships. In kind support will aid directly with materials, equipment, and expertise. Donor support will help back an array of construction efforts. We offer a robust recognition package with many levels of participation. As a sponsor or ‘partner’ you will receive opportunities like positive media attention, a vacation stay in the house, and/or a chance to name the house. Most importantly you will receive a relationship and experience that will last your business a lifetime. We ask that you please consider participating in our Partnership Program. Get in touch to begin a conversation with us.
